Member Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through chat, phone, text, and email channels.

• Respond to member inquiries and concerns, including shipping questions, damaged orders, website/app troubleshooting, account updates, and cancellation requests.

• Inform shoppers about Thrive Market membership advantages to promote retention.

• Become a knowledgeable expert on products and associated dietary values to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance average order value.

• Gather and document customer insights through the CRM system.

• Review Slack communications and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Engage in one-on-one discussions with the team lead to evaluate performance, share best practices, and obtain guidance.

• Operate at a desk equipped with a laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and headset.

• Comply with scheduled break and lunch times.

• Capability to assist members across all channels for an 8-hour workday.

• Proficiency in Google Apps (Calendar, Mail, etc.).

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Employment with Thrive Market necessitates that employees reside in the United States for the duration of their employment.

• Call center experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
