Member Service Representative – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients

• Facilitate the release of vehicles from body shops, various locations, and residences

• Execute office support tasks as required

• Comprehend client requirements and provide solutions and assistance

• Potentially offer customer support through chat and email

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls

• Achieve call quality standards, which include knowledge, professionalism, and prompt follow-up calls

• Concentrate on resolving calls by utilizing company resources to collect information and provide solutions

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred one year of office support experience in a customer service position

• High School diploma required

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in operating office equipment

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective problem-solving abilities

• Computer literacy, specifically in MS Office Suite

• Typing speed of 45 words per minute

• Professional appearance is essential

• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Bilingual skills are an advantage

• Availability for occasional overtime as required
