Member of the Technical Staff – Provider Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop software that allows compute providers to sell through Andromeda.

• Facilitate the onboarding of clusters, verify cluster health, display capacity, and ensure payment without manual processes.

• Transform cluster data into insights regarding failures, buyer demand, and necessary improvements to enhance sales.

• Construct backend services primarily utilizing Go, Postgres, and data pipelines.

• Create and deploy a TypeScript console.

• Monitor hardware health data on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with supply and solutions teams.

• Carry a pager and engage in weekly communication with providers.

• Automate the onboarding process for providers from signed agreements to cluster listings.

• Develop readiness checks that assess and continuously confirm whether clusters are prepared for sale.

• Generate statements detailing provider sales and payments.

• Establish uptime and health pipelines for provider clusters.

• Produce fleet-data reports that identify sales-impacting failures and prioritize necessary fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional technical work with verifiable real-world impact; experience can range from three to twenty years.

• Experience in supply-side product development, specifically in onboarding, readiness checks, or payouts for sellers, hosts, merchants, or partners.

• Proven experience in production backend services using Go, or a systems background that allows for production Go usage within the first month.

• Experience in creating pipelines and data models using SQL and Postgres or a data warehouse utilized by other teams.

• Capability to interpret a failing GPU health check on a Linux host and identify the faulty component.

• Front-end skills adequate to develop the front end for features owned.

• Experience in production on-call roles, carrying a pager for customer-dependent systems and enhancing their reliability.

• This is a full-time individual contributor position; it is not a management role.

• Strong candidates may possess experience in GPU cloud or marketplace environments, hardware validation, fleet monitoring, or payouts and revenue sharing.
