πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Greet and onboard new health and dental clients by detailing coverage, benefits, claims processes, and Alberta Blue Cross tools and resources.

β€’ Establish trusted relationships through proactive outreach and meaningful conversations with clients throughout the duration of each plan.

β€’ Assess client needs, benefit utilization, and engagement patterns to offer tailored insights and recommendations.

β€’ Guide clients on optimizing benefit value and confidently navigating their coverage.

β€’ Identify potential areas for plan modifications or additional insurance options.

β€’ Address client inquiries and concerns with prompt, thoughtful, and personalized solutions.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients and enhance the overall client experience.

β€’ Convey client insights and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement across products, services, and processes.

β€’ Decrease cancellations and boost leads through client referrals.

β€’ Track client satisfaction, onboarding completion, monthly client interactions, recommendations, and opportunities for plan improvements or additional coverage.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3 to 5+ years of experience in outbound client sales and service.

β€’ Post-secondary education is preferred.

β€’ A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering meaningful relationships.

β€’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and provide clear guidance.

β€’ A consultative approach that emphasizes understanding client needs and offering personalized solutions.

β€’ Strong analytical skills to interpret client information and pinpoint opportunities for added value.

β€’ Effective problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.

β€’ Experience in insurance, health benefits, financial services, or a client advisory role is preferred.

β€’ Active Alberta Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance License, or the ability to obtain and maintain licensing requirements.

β€’ A commitment to continuous learning and a client-first culture.

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ A satisfactory criminal record check is required as a condition of employment following a conditional offer.
