This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Greet and onboard new health and dental clients by outlining coverage details, benefits, claims procedures, and the resources available to them.
• Foster trusted relationships through proactive outreach and engaging conversations with clients throughout the duration of each plan.
• Assess client needs, benefit usage, and engagement trends to deliver tailored insights and recommendations.
• Inform clients on how to maximize benefit value and successfully navigate their coverage.
• Recognize opportunities for adjustments to plans or additional insurance products.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with prompt, thoughtful, and personalized solutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to advocate for clients and enhance the overall client experience.
• Convey client insights and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
• Drive key performance indicators such as reduction in cancellations, client referrals, satisfaction levels, onboarding completion, ongoing client engagement, and effective identification of coverage opportunities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and cultivating meaningful relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and offer clear guidance.
• A consultative approach that prioritizes understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret client data and pinpoint value-added opportunities.
• Robust problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Previous experience in insurance, health benefits, financial services, or a client advisory capacity is preferred.
• An active Alberta Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance License, or the capability to obtain and maintain the necessary licenses.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and fostering a client-first culture.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in outbound client sales and service roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A satisfactory criminal record check is required as a condition of employment following a conditional offer.
