This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
⢠Examine and verify language services invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contracts.
⢠Detect billing discrepancies, trends, and errors that may impact payment integrity.
⢠Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to rectify invoice issues.
⢠Monitor invoice processing timelines and address any unresolved billing matters.
⢠Oversee quality control and process enhancement initiatives for language services invoices.
⢠Interact with interpreter service vendors regarding billing, payment status, and data accuracy.
⢠Assist vendors with invoice requirements, corrections, and submission guidelines.
⢠Supervise vendor billing accuracy, data quality, and overall performance.
⢠Develop and oversee vendor and contractor quality dashboards and tools.
⢠Maintain and analyze data related to language services, invoices, contracts, and Meaningful Language Access.
⢠Validate key datasets and assist in MLA metric reporting and submissions.
⢠Create and sustain tools, reports, and dashboards focused on vendor quality, billing accuracy, and operational performance.
⢠Monitor the budget and costs associated with interpreter services.
⢠Analyze invoice, vendor, and operational data, and relay findings and recommendations.
⢠Coordinate billing and data deliverables stemming from strategic language access plans.
⢠Assist with Member Engagement reporting, survey data, incentive program metrics, operational metrics, and dashboard initiatives.
⢠Participate in workgroups that span multiple functions and regions.
⢠Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for billing, data validation, and vendor processes.
⢠Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and reinforce data integrity.
⢠Communicate invoice status, trends, and risks to relevant partners and teams.
⢠At least 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, data analysis, or operations support.
⢠Proficient in Excel and managing large datasets.
⢠Preferred: experience in healthcare billing, Medicaid, OHP, or managed care settings.
⢠Preferred: background in interpreter services, language access programs, or analogous service delivery programs.
⢠Preferred: experience in reporting, operational tracking, or process improvement initiatives.
⢠Knowledge of current laws and best practices related to interpreting services.
⢠Familiarity with basic managed care concepts, including the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Medicare.
⢠Understanding of program and project management tools as well as recordkeeping practices.
⢠Knowledge of operational reporting, performance metrics, data analysis, and program evaluation concepts.
⢠Experience with data management, validation, and quality practices.
⢠Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
⢠Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities, including data validation, formulas, and analysis.
⢠Ability to analyze operational and billing data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and effectively communicate findings.
⢠Capability to maintain reports and dashboards efficiently.
⢠Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly and professionally.
⢠Ability to exercise sound judgment and uphold confidentiality.
⢠Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
⢠Competence in effectively engaging with diverse individuals and groups.
⢠Ability to see, read, and hear for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
⢠Capability to speak clearly and perform repetitive finger and wrist movements for at least 3-6 hours daily.
