This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
β’ Support patients by addressing inquiries related to billing, explanations of benefits (EOB), deductibles, Medicare, and insurance matters.
β’ Investigate patient accounts and resolve fundamental billing discrepancies.
β’ Update and maintain accurate insurance information.
β’ Manage a high volume of calls while delivering empathetic customer service.
β’ Assist in a significant Epic transition.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing or customer service.
β’ At least 3 years of experience with Epic in revenue cycle or business office operations.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to work independently.
β’ Must reside in one of the designated states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
