This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Mentor and assist chapter event coordinators, regional personnel, and field representatives.
• Provide guidance to regional teams on event planning focused on members, event schedules, hospitality, volunteer services, experience design, and follow-up procedures.
• Work collaboratively with field managers and leaders from the Fraternal Department to pinpoint engagement opportunities and formulate event strategies.
• Support the execution of regional plans.
• Evaluate regional training requirements and collaborate with the Fraternal Development team to design and implement tools, resources, and training programs.
• Attend selected regional events to assist leaders, observe member experiences, and identify best practices or areas for process enhancement.
• Function as a communication bridge between the assigned regions and the home office.
• Align priorities, provide feedback, and facilitate regional meetings.
• Monitor regional fraternal activities, member engagement, and growth metrics.
• Prepare reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Assist with regional operations, which includes chapter boards, chapter budget guidance, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Travel frequently to designated regions across the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant experience managing successful programs and events.
• Strong capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, coach and develop individuals, communicate effectively, and deliver presentations.
• Experience in planning and facilitating training sessions.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to changing directions.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support regional events and meetings.
• Excellent organizational, time management, budgeting, and financial skills.
• Ability to comprehend how sales activities contribute to member growth and engagement.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively contributing in a team environment.
• Previous experience in event planning, logistics, participant experience, and execution is preferred.
• Must reside within the Southwest territory with convenient access to a major airport.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
