This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
• Mentor and assist chapter event organizers, regional staff, and field representatives to enhance leadership effectiveness and ensure uniform execution.
• Provide guidance to regional teams on member-centric event planning, event schedules, hospitality, volunteer services, experience design, and follow-up procedures.
• Collaborate with field managers and leaders of the Fraternal Department to pinpoint engagement opportunities, devise event strategies, and support regional initiatives.
• Evaluate regional training requirements and work alongside the Fraternal Development team to create and implement tools, resources, and training programs.
• Attend selected regional events to assist leaders, observe member experiences, and identify best practices or opportunities for process enhancements.
• Act as a communication bridge between designated regions and the home office, facilitating priority alignment, feedback sharing, and support for regional meetings.
• Track regional fraternal activities, member engagement, and growth metrics, then compile reports showcasing achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities.
• Assist with regional operations, including chapter boards, budgeting guidance, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Travel regularly to assigned regions across the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in leading successful programs and events.
• Strong skills in collaboration with internal partners, coaching and developing others, effective communication, and delivering presentations.
• Experience in planning and facilitating training sessions.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting directions.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support regional events and meetings.
• Excellent organizational, time management, budgeting, and financial management abilities.
• Capability to understand how sales activities foster member growth and engagement.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• Preferred prior experience in event planning, logistics, participant experience, and execution.
• Applicants must reside within the East territory and have convenient access to a major airport.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based sponsorship.
