This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Mentor and assist chapter event coordinators, regional personnel, and field representatives to enhance leadership effectiveness and guarantee uniform execution.
• Provide guidance to regional teams on member-centric event planning, event schedules, hospitality, volunteer services, experience design, and follow-up methods.
• Partner with field managers and leaders from the Fraternal Department to pinpoint engagement opportunities, formulate event strategies, and bolster regional plans.
• Evaluate regional training requirements and collaborate with the Fraternal Development team to devise and implement tools, resources, and training programs.
• Attend designated regional events to support leaders, observe member experiences, and identify best practices or opportunities for process enhancements.
• Act as a communication bridge between assigned regions and the home office, aligning priorities, sharing insights, and facilitating regional meetings.
• Oversee regional fraternal activities, member engagement, and growth metrics, then compile reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and prospects.
• Assist regional operations, including chapter boards, chapter budget management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Travel frequently to designated regions across the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of relevant experience leading successful programs and events.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, coach and develop others, communicate effectively, and deliver presentations.
• Experience in planning and facilitating training, managing competing priorities, and adapting to shifting directions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support regional events and meetings.
• Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and financial acumen.
• Understanding of how sales activities contribute to member growth and engagement.
• Capability to work independently while effectively contributing in a team setting.
• Previous experience in event planning, logistics, participant experience, and execution is preferred.
• Must reside within the Southeast territory with easy access to a major airport.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
