Medicine Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models on medical subjects and clinical scenarios.

• Discuss theoretical medical inquiries with models.

• Assess factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Record reproducible error traces and document failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Assist in training AI systems for scientific research, education, and clinical applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German is essential.

• Knowledge in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine.

• Capability to assess differential diagnoses, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial design, public health strategies, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate thought processes.

• A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences discipline is preferred.

• Clinical experience, publications in peer-reviewed journals, involvement in hospital-based practice, or participation in public health projects indicate suitability.
