Medicine Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with the model regarding clinical scenarios and theoretical medical inquiries.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical coherence of responses.

• Capture reproducible error traces effectively.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge advanced language models with topics in medicine, including diagnosis, pharmacology, treatment protocols, clinical trials, public health, and diagnostic imaging.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Expertise in medicine encompassing internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine.

• Capability to assess differential diagnoses, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial designs, public health initiatives, and diagnostic imaging evaluations.

• Competence in documenting model failure modes and capturing reproducible error traces.

• Ability to verify the factual accuracy and logical consistency of clinical and theoretical medical answers.

• Skill in proposing improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills are essential.

• A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences discipline is preferred.

• Relevant clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or involvement in public health projects are indicative of a suitable candidate.
