Medicine Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models regarding clinical scenarios and theoretical medical inquiries.

• Assess the factual correctness and logical integrity of the model's answers.

• Document reproducible error patterns and record instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Test advanced language models on medical and healthcare-related subjects.

• Assist in enhancing AI reasoning and contribute to the creation of high-quality training datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French is essential.

• Strong background in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine.

• Capacity to evaluate differential diagnoses, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial designs, public health strategies, and diagnostic imaging analysis.

• A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences discipline is preferred.

• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital practice, or involvement in public health projects are indicators of suitability.

• Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate metacognitive reasoning.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet are required for contractors.
