Medic/Doctor – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models in discussions on medical subjects.

• Interact with models regarding clinical scenarios and theoretical medical inquiries.

• Assess factual correctness and logical consistency.

• Document reproducible error paths and model failure patterns.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Contribute to the training of AI systems designed to support education, scientific inquiry, and clinical practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in medicine, including internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine.

• Capability to address differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial design, public health strategies, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.

• A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master's/PhD in a health sciences discipline is preferred.

• Clinical experience, publications in peer-reviewed journals, hospital practice, or participation in public health projects indicate a suitable fit.

• Exceptional metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work.”

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Geographic location may influence the final compensation offer.
