This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive the growth of the tissue diagnostics market by creating a sales funnel, enhancing market share, and facilitating the geographical expansion of consumables and instruments.
• Advocate for all StatLab products in alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
• Develop weekly action plans and schedules aimed at targeting prospects and estimating outreach.
• Identify and reach out to sales prospects and designated accounts.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person customer visits each week.
• Follow up on leads and referrals generated from field activities.
• Present and sell company products and services to both existing and potential clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with company staff to finalize sales.
• Complete daily task and call logs diligently.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Keep sales materials updated and maintain current product knowledge.
• Prepare documentation for contract services.
• Oversee account services, perform quality checks, and address client concerns.
• Generate weekly status reports.
• Relay product and service opportunities, as well as field feedback, to company personnel.
• Initiate special sales activities aimed at reducing inventory.
• Engage in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Follow up on payment collections.
• Offer on-the-job training to new sales team members as necessary.
• Consistently adhere to the company's Core Values and Purpose.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing along with three years of B2B experience, or five years of B2B experience.
• Medical Sales experience is preferred or required in the qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
• Capability to conduct at least 10 in-person customer visits weekly.
• Ability to operate effectively across the Northern California territory.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Business to Business Sales.
