📋 Description

• Oversee or co-manage projects of moderate complexity, effectively handling time and resource allocation.

• Utilize expertise and knowledge to enhance departmental initiatives.

• Tackle moderately complex issues and navigate independently through uncertain circumstances, adhering to established policies.

• Complete tasks independently while seeking assistance for unusual or intricate challenges.

• Review personal work, solicit feedback, and provide mentorship to colleagues by assessing their contributions.

• Work collaboratively with project team specialists to formulate document strategies and communications.

• Ensure documentation adheres to internal standards, is ready for submission, and is appropriately archived.

• Confirm document precision by referencing source materials, including clinical regulatory documents and data.

• Lead author teams on complex projects.

• Conduct Quality Control assessments.

• Assist in training colleagues on quality standards and procedural guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS or MBA/MS with relevant experience, or a PhD/JD with any pertinent experience, or an Associate's degree with significant relevant experience, or a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with extensive relevant experience.

• Proven experience in document Quality Control and/or medical writing within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional study team members.

• Solid grasp of medical terminology and clinical trials.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively within set objectives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• A master's degree is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with software commonly used for data visualization and analysis.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate autonomously in uncertain situations.

• Experience leading or co-leading projects.

• Background in training colleagues on quality standards and procedures.

• Familiarity with common AI tools, including generative technologies like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to facilitate problem-solving and boost productivity.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance outcomes and an understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical considerations.
