This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the main contact for customers reaching out to the Information Center for inquiries about products and services.
• Provide information regarding products and disease states through telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Manage inquiries related to product information, pricing, patient education materials, product quality complaints, adverse experiences, and other related questions.
• Oversee all customer inquiries to ensure they are resolved effectively.
• Share product and disease state information, including both on-label and off-label details, adhering to Standard Response protocols.
• Offer exceptional customer service and address inquiries at the initial point of contact.
• Relay product information and specific promotions to physicians, healthcare staff, and consumers through outbound tele-service.
• Assess and escalate calls as necessary.
• Address non-phone inquiries such as emails and faxes.
• Follow industry regulations, including adverse event reporting and product quality procedures.
• Manage assigned projects effectively within designated timelines.
• Keep up-to-date with current product, medical, disease, and industry knowledge.
• Gather customer information and document interactions in the designated systems.
• Communicate customer calls, issues, trends, programs, and solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with team members on various products, medical, and business issues while sharing best practices.
• Fluency in Czech and English at a C1/C2 level is essential.
• Prior experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Experience in providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to use information technology, PCs, and databases competently.
• Outstanding verbal, telephone communication, and writing skills.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
