Medical Scribes Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize daily tasks and assignments effectively

• Oversee productivity and the achievement of the 40-chart target

• Coordinate coverage, outstanding tasks, and workload management

• Review scribe documentation for both accuracy and completeness

• Analyze quality trends and deliver weekly reports

• Perform coaching and conduct performance evaluations

• Develop improvement plans and implement feedback

• Generate weekly production and issue reports

• Provide updates to leadership

• Train and onboard new scribes

• Offer continuous support, feedback, and escalation assistance

• Transform transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into suitable report formats

• Expand medical abbreviations and acronyms into their full forms, alongside formal interpretations of medical terminology

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any medical course

• Minimum of 6 months in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or Subject Matter Expert role

• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe or Transcriptionist

• Familiarity with ECW is required

• Typing speed should average between 50–60 words per minute

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to work the night shift
