Medical Science Liaison, Pacific Northwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison with both internal and external clients, offering medical and scientific insights regarding the appropriate use of products.

• Function as a subject matter expert in specific therapeutic areas and disease states, supporting both marketed products and the pipeline portfolio.

• Establish peer-level relationships with national, regional, and local customers, researchers, and decision-makers within the payer community.

• Gather field insights to inform the objectives of the Medical Affairs team.

• Provide healthcare professionals with reliable, balanced scientific information about ADCT, its products, pipeline, research initiatives, and product development.

• Address unsolicited medical information inquiries in the field.

• Create territory plans and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers.

• Maintain medical knowledge and expertise in the clinical practice of hematology and oncology.

• Attend sessions and gather insights at scientific congresses.

• Develop and disseminate scientific information on disease states, therapeutic landscapes, clinical data, mechanisms of action, and real-world evidence.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with relevant guidelines.

• Collaborate with functional leaders and project team members to build compliant and effective teams.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD) is preferred.

• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is required.

• Prior experience in hematology oncology is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders.

• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and working efficiently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other relevant guidelines is essential.

• Strong understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Must reside within the designated Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, ID, AK).

• Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% of the time is required.
