This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Uphold and convey extensive scientific knowledge regarding oncology-related disease states, Lilly and competitor products, along with current challenges in the therapeutic area.

• Commit to ongoing education and maintain technical proficiency.

• Address intricate scientific inquiries and deliver unbiased, precise, and up-to-date medical and scientific information.

• Establish trusted relationships and facilitate mutually advantageous dialogues with scientific experts.

• Act as the primary liaison between Lilly Medical and scientific experts.

• Connect scientific experts with Lilly resources and internal business stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for collaborative research and external partnerships.

• Integrate complex data and relay clinical insights and unresolved questions to medical and cross-functional teams.

• Utilize reactive problem-solving and internal resources to implement solutions.

• Make independent, principle-based decisions and escalate issues as necessary.

• Foster internal networks and collaborate across various functions.

• Contribute to medical planning and the strategic direction of affiliates.

• Analyze, plan, prioritize, execute, and assess a strategic territory plan.

• Perform the role in compliance with internal and external requirements, protocols, and regulations.

• Complete professional development training and achieve Performance Management goals.

• Primarily travel in the field.


⛳️ Requirements

• Medical Doctor.

• At least 1 year of MSL experience in a multinational organization.

• Demonstrated ability to function as both an individual and a team contributor.

• Proven experience engaging with medical professionals.

• Preferred experience in Oncology and Hematology therapeutic areas.

• Familiarity with academic communities, medical research, and the medical education process.

• High learning agility to understand and clearly communicate complex scientific information.

• Capability to work independently in the field while handling multiple priorities and projects.

• Strategic and critical thinking skills for analyzing and interpreting information.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Resilience in addressing complex challenges.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities.

• High emotional intelligence.

• Effective relationship building and networking skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Advanced presentation and computer skills with proficiency in literature identification.

• Ability to utilize electronic field-based communication tools.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

• Openness to undertake domestic and potentially international travel.

• May require evening or weekend work.
