This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish connections with community and academic healthcare professionals (HCPs), emphasizing the transformation of medical practices through the exchange of scientific knowledge.
• Communicate the significance of innovative features, including efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, and quality of life.
• Influence medical practices and modify HCP behaviors during the pre-launch phase of products.
• Prepare the healthcare environment and medical community to facilitate adoption through engagement with prescriber insights and pre-approval access programs.
• Monitor the education and implementation of new knowledge while identifying obstacles to changing medical practices.
• Address scientific inquiries from HCPs, researchers, healthcare systems, and decision-makers in population health.
• Incorporate scientific data into practical applications to fulfill customer and audience requirements.
• Identify potential clinical sites and assist with site recruitment as necessary, in coordination with the Therapeutic Area Head/Senior Medical Manager.
• Organize medical educational events in the field centered on pipeline products nearing launch and essential in-line products.
• Collect insights from the field concerning scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, medical needs, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement the territory and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy, validated by Medical Affairs Functions (MAF) stakeholders.
• A scientific background, such as a Medical Doctor, or a degree in Pharmaceutical, Health, or Biological sciences.
• Proficient in technical English.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• A valid type B driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, preferably in highway conditions (between 80 and 110 km/h) with standard vehicles.
