πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and sustain strategic scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, healthcare professionals (HCPs), academic institutions, and professional organizations.

β€’ Facilitate peer-to-peer scientific discussions on disease states, diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, clinical trial data, treatment guidelines, and emerging evidence.

β€’ Communicate intricate scientific information to a variety of healthcare audiences.

β€’ Address unsolicited requests for scientific and medical information with balanced, evidence-based responses.

β€’ Collect, document, and convey actionable medical insights.

β€’ Recognize scientific trends, diagnostic imaging patterns, treatment innovations, unmet needs, competitive intelligence, and challenges within healthcare systems.

β€’ Provide field intelligence to guide Medical Affairs strategy, evidence generation, product lifecycle management, and research initiatives.

β€’ Represent Medical Affairs at scientific congresses, meetings of professional societies, and educational conferences.

β€’ Create and implement congress engagement plans and facilitate compliant scientific dialogues.

β€’ Gather, analyze, and distribute scientific updates, competitive intelligence, clinical data, and research findings.

β€’ Prepare summaries from congresses and scientific debriefs.

β€’ Identify investigators and clinical research sites while assisting with feasibility assessments and site engagement.

β€’ Support investigator-initiated research, post-marketing studies, real-world evidence initiatives, and collaborative research efforts.

β€’ Deliver scientific and educational presentations to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

β€’ Assist with advisory boards, speaker development, educational initiatives, scientific roundtables, and medical education programs.

β€’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, Health Economics, Professional Promotions, and other stakeholders.

β€’ Contribute scientific expertise to product launches, lifecycle management, publication planning, evidence generation, and strategic initiatives.

β€’ Adhere to pharmacovigilance procedures and report adverse events and product quality complaints.

β€’ Document scientific interactions, field medical activities, and medical insights using approved systems.

β€’ Stay informed on scientific literature, treatment guidelines, regulations, and compliance expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree is required.

β€’ At least two years of experience in Medical Science Liaison or Medical Affairs is preferred.

β€’ Clinical or scientific background in the therapeutic area, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or diagnostic imaging is preferred.

β€’ Knowledge of current and emerging trends in the therapeutic area, radiopharmaceuticals, precision medicine, and diagnostic imaging.

β€’ Strong scientific acumen with the ability to critically assess and communicate complex clinical and scientific information.

β€’ Capacity to establish and maintain credible scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts.

β€’ Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with the ability to collaborate across various business functions.

β€’ Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

β€’ Highly organized with the capability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of the therapeutic area, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, and precision medicine.

β€’ Familiarity with key clinical publications, treatment guidelines, and evolving scientific literature.

β€’ Understanding of clinical trial design, clinical development, and evidence generation.

β€’ Knowledge of investigator-sponsored research, real-world evidence, and post-marketing research.

β€’ Awareness of pharmacoeconomic principles and healthcare value evidence.

β€’ Advanced understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, reimbursement landscape, and medical imaging industry.

β€’ Experience in supporting scientific congresses and advisory boards.

β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/documentation platforms.

β€’ Willingness to travel approximately 70% within the assigned region.
