πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals throughout the territory.

β€’ Convey scientific data, research concepts, and educational material regarding Secura Bio’s products and therapeutic focus.

β€’ Define medical priorities, anticipate requirements, and promote activities that align with Medical Affairs objectives.

β€’ Provide balanced and scientifically robust information about both pipeline and marketed products.

β€’ Collect, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from the field that inform medical strategy, clinical development, and cross-functional decisions.

β€’ Act as a scientific resource during Medical Congresses, Advisory Boards, training sessions, mentorship initiatives, and strategic planning meetings.

β€’ Collaborate with Clinical Development and Operations on sponsored research, including site identification, evaluation, recruitment support, investigator engagement, external expert identification, and management of scientific collaborations.

β€’ Assist in the submission and review of investigator-initiated research proposals.

β€’ Maintain communication with investigators and support sponsored research efforts.

β€’ Work alongside Market Development Managers and Key Account Managers on scientific education, customer assistance, and territory planning.

β€’ Contribute to regional and national Medical Affairs strategies through territory planning, insights gathered post-congress, and the identification of emerging scientific trends.

β€’ Embrace digital technologies to enhance scientific exchanges, capture insights, and improve field effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ An advanced degree is strongly preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).

β€’ Candidates with an MBA/MSc should have 5+ years of relevant experience.

β€’ BA/BSc candidates must possess 8+ years of experience.

β€’ Clinically licensed professionals (NP, PA, RN) may be considered with significant oncology or Medical Affairs experience.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, field medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech roles is required.

β€’ Strong subject matter expertise in oncology or hematology is essential.

β€’ Experience in supporting product launches, as well as understanding treatment paradigms, clinical pathways, and emerging research trends.

β€’ A background in hematologic malignancies, particularly lymphoma, is preferred.

β€’ A comprehensive understanding of cancer biology, mechanisms of action, and therapeutic modalities related to rare lymphomas.

β€’ Exceptional capability to convey complex scientific information to oncologists, researchers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

β€’ Proven ability to deliver scientific presentations to diverse audience sizes.

β€’ Capacity to analyze complex clinical trial data and translate findings into clinically relevant insights.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in engaging and building trust with key opinion leaders in oncology.

β€’ Understanding of drug development and regulatory pathways.

β€’ Knowledge of oncology practice patterns, care delivery models, and healthcare system dynamics.

β€’ Ability to identify clinical research opportunities and assess investigator potential.

β€’ Strong strategic thinking aligned with medical objectives.

β€’ Capability to collaborate with clinical development, clinical operations, commercial, and Medical Affairs colleagues.

β€’ Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Adaptability to evolving scientific data and changing priorities.

β€’ Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biotech compliance guidelines.

β€’ Must reside within IL, ND, SD, NE, MO, IA, or WI, preferably in major metropolitan areas in IL, MN, or MO.

β€’ Willingness to travel occasionally on weekends.

β€’ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
