πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the medical and scientific authority for Averitas products and associated disease states.

β€’ Engage in scientific discussions with Key External Experts and other healthcare professionals.

β€’ Provide precise, balanced, and compliant medical information in response to unsolicited inquiries.

β€’ Collect and share medical insights and emerging trends with internal teams.

β€’ Collaborate across departments including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Training, and other internal stakeholders.

β€’ Identify avenues for scientific collaboration that align with the company's medical goals.

β€’ Conduct scientific education and training programs for both internal and external audiences.

β€’ Assist in organizing scientific meetings, congress activities, and educational programs.

β€’ Offer competitive intelligence and insights regarding the therapeutic landscape, scientific data, and evolving care standards.

β€’ Stay informed about relevant clinical guidelines, publications, and scientific progress.

β€’ Contribute to knowledge creation, scientific storytelling, and the dissemination of medical information.

β€’ Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture that reflects Averitas' values and behaviors.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ PharmD, PhD, or MD degree.

β€’ 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), preferably in specialty disease areas.

β€’ Previous experience with pain products and/or medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, or biologic product launches is preferred.

β€’ Experience in introducing new specialty pharmaceutical or biologic products or indications.

β€’ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency, agility, and adaptability to changing business needs.

β€’ Clear understanding of industry trends and market insights, including the unique requirements of healthcare stakeholders such as Key External Experts (KEEs) and payers.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage with customers and senior management.

β€’ High ethical and professional standards in all business interactions and at all organizational levels.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 60%-70%, including overnight stays.

β€’ Ability to attend all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.

β€’ Current possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

β€’ Adheres to all relevant regulations and professional standards.
