This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee field activities in the US pertaining to specific Cardiovascular Arterial products.
β’ Establish, nurture, and sustain long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals.
β’ Provide clinical insights and address unsolicited medical inquiries, including off-label requests.
β’ Adhere to guidelines, standards, and regulations concerning medical information.
β’ Analyze medical and scientific literature regarding company and competitor products and devices.
β’ Facilitate and evaluate investigator-sponsored trials, offering feedback from trial leaders.
β’ Partner with sales operations and training teams to execute field training initiatives.
β’ Secure approvals for scientific and clinical educational resources and activities.
β’ Act as an educator both internally and externally on diseases, therapeutic options, and product specifications.
β’ Oversee the development of content for consistent customer education.
β’ Participate in medical and scientific meetings and symposia to stay informed and disseminate scientific information.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Health Care Economics, R&D, and Business Development.
β’ Ensure compliance alignment and exhibit leadership behaviors.
β’ Aid in formulating and updating corporate research priorities.
β’ Integrate customer and business necessities.
β’ Engage in departmental and cross-functional meetings.
β’ Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
β’ Preferred clinical background in Atherectomy (Registered Nurse (RN), Pharmacist (PharmD or RPOHs), Medical Doctor (MD), or other clinical experience).
β’ Minimum BA/BS in a relevant scientific/medical discipline.
β’ Master's degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 1β2 years of pertinent experience is required (clinical practice, academic research, or industry).
β’ Previous experience in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or related medical communications within the medical device sector is preferred.
β’ Experience with formal presentations and engagement with clinical experts is highly preferred.
β’ Capacity to cultivate productive relationships within and beyond the department and organization.
β’ Effectiveness in working within multifunctional teams.
β’ Proven credibility within the medical community.
β’ Skills in relationship-building and networking; self-starter; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
β’ Familiarity with FDA regulations and guidance for adverse-event reporting and medical-device complaint management.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel up to 30% of the time.
β’ Travel, up to 30% of the time.
