This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Act as a field-based representative for Medical Affairs
β’ Ensure compliant communication and education regarding the company's marketed and emerging product portfolio
β’ Establish and maintain professional relationships with leading healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
β’ Engage in scientific discussions and strategic exchanges concerning medical/clinical and HEOR data
β’ Conduct scientific dialogue with prioritized stakeholders, such as KOLs, COEs, HCPs, patient advocacy groups, and societies
β’ Support medical strategies and build a respected presence for the company within the neuroscience medical community
β’ Establish and nurture scientific relationships with stakeholders
β’ Gain understanding of regional healthcare systems and clinical practices
β’ Provide scientific and clinical education and training on products, disease states, burden of illness, and diagnostic scales
β’ Assist in interactions with current and prospective investigators for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials
β’ Aid in the evaluation of Investigator Initiated Research proposals
β’ Participate in the creation of customer-focused tactical medical engagement plans
β’ Contribute to regional medical engagement strategies for scientific exchange
β’ Evaluate new and existing stakeholders to identify suitable healthcare professionals
β’ Collaborate with field-based Medical colleagues, Commercial teams, and other organizational units to provide scientific expertise and share Medical insights
β’ Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (e.g., MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, etc.) with at least 3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience REQUIRED
β’ Minimum of 1 year of MSL experience focusing primarily on field-based scientific exchange
β’ Comprehensive scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge
β’ Exceptional presentation and teaching abilities
β’ High level of experience and confidence in discussing drug information and disease state treatment
β’ Familiarity with the pharmaceutical environment and understanding of Commercial Operations, including Marketing and Sales strategies
β’ Ability to influence others without direct authority
β’ Valid US driver's license and clean driving record REQUIRED
β’ Experience with pre-launch pharmaceutical activities
β’ Background in Central Nervous System (CNS) or Pain therapeutic areas
β’ Must reside within Texas or the larger South Central U.S. territory
β’ Willingness to travel by car and air up to 70%
