This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization.
• Uphold client and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and/or vendors.
• Address inquiries through live chat.
• Independently handle ancillary tasks.
• Organize and process blood work orders along with physician schedules.
• Oversee data entry into the computer database.
• Review voicemails and return calls to customers.
• Maintain daily email correspondence with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Organize and ensure cleanliness of workspaces, supplies, and equipment.
• Responsibilities, duties, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.
• Must be a resident of Florida to apply.
• Experience in scheduling is preferred.
• Preferred background in customer service.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• An Associate's degree in healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to apply active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in learning and utilizing various computer programs effectively.
• Capable of handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Availability Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
