This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Interact with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization.
• Uphold client and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and vendors.
• Address inquiries through live chat.
• Perform ancillary tasks independently.
• Organize and process blood work requests and physician schedules.
• Oversee information entry into the computer database.
• Check voicemails and return calls to customers.
• Maintain daily email correspondence with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, supplies, and equipment.
• Responsibilities, duties, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.
• Must be a resident of Florida to be eligible for application.
• Experience in scheduling is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Administrative experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Possess active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Competence in learning and utilizing various computer programs effectively.
• Capability to handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Associate's degree in healthcare is preferred.
