Medical Sales Representative, Infection Prevention & Surgical Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement the sales strategy to achieve or surpass sales targets for sterilization and surgical products.

• Offer training and assistance to clients regarding the correct use of sterilization and surgical products.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitor actions to uncover growth opportunities.

• Provide support to clients, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business forecasts.

• Operate a company vehicle.

• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with five (5) years of sales or hospital experience.

• OR High School Diploma/GED with nine (9) years of sales or hospital experience.

• Current and valid driver’s license.

• Master’s degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare from an accredited institution (considered an additional qualification).

• Capability to collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to identify needs and offer solutions.

• Experience in medical sales, preferably within the MedSurg or sterilization sectors.

• Strong knowledge of sterilization processes and surgical procedures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.

• Willingness to occasionally work weekends or off-hours.
