This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Identify and engage prospective medical providers within VA/DOD, office-based practices, and healthcare systems.
• Enhance business growth through comprehensive product demonstrations and educational training for physicians and medical personnel.
• Propel new implementations and expansion within the designated region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for accounts within the territory.
• Foster client relationships with healthcare facilities to boost account penetration and sustainable growth.
• Develop new accounts, especially in government facilities.
• Maintain an active schedule of external calls.
• Seek out new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Oversee the PO contracting process.
• Achieve annual gross revenue and Remote Patient Monitoring patient enrollment objectives.
• Recruit new prescribers and retain existing ones.
• Provide precise sales forecasts.
• Evaluate market trends and identify both short- and long-term opportunities with multi-hospital health systems.
• Support both strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
• Represent Orpyx at regionally based trade shows when necessary.
• Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with key decision-makers and internal corporate team members.
• Fulfill sales administration requirements, including documentation of sales calls and expense reports.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to quality management system standards.
• Report to the National Sales Manager and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, early-stage high-tech company.
• Must reside in Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, or Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales/Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation training, preferably in the VA/DOD healthcare sector.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in selling to health systems, outpatient clinics, and government facilities, either directly or via indirect channels.
• Experience collaborating with internal team members and external customers as part of a provocative-based sales approach.
• Financial/executive suite sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated self-starter with a strong goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for working with medical/healthcare products and professionals.
• Ability to grasp technical and clinical aspects of medical products and terminology.
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to change.
• Strong business acumen coupled with effective presentation skills.
• Excellent team player and collaborator.
• Proven track record of successful consultative and strategic selling.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare continuum and care pathway selling process.
• Comfortable presenting virtually using platforms like Teams or Zoom.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
