This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets within the designated territory by delivering high-quality products and services.

• Enhance technical and sales skills to effectively address customer requirements.

• Recognize business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.

• Provide daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses of territory sales.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies following forecast approval.

• Execute product sales strategies to meet established sales goals and objectives.

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to achieve sales targets within the territory.

• Address customer complaints by investigating issues, creating solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

• Participate in marketing activities, conferences, health discussions, exhibitions, trade shows, and departmental meetings.

• Track competitor activities and relay market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.

• Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, industry publications, personal networks, and professional associations.

• Keep historical records of sales within the area and for specific customers.

• Support team objectives by achieving related outcomes.

• Tailor communications for healthcare professionals based on their characteristics, roles, hospitals, healthcare systems, and external environments.

• Shift customers’ perspectives on treatment options to encourage action towards AbbVie’s solutions.

• Create an environment of constructive tension that drives interactions towards clinically appropriate actions.

• Encourage prescribing by assisting healthcare professionals in overcoming obstacles to new treatment methods.

• Communicate with healthcare professionals using their perspective and language.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• 2 to 6 years of professional sales experience in clinics, hospitals, and semi-hospital environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.

• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.

• A positive attitude and a strong passion for working in the medical field and within a team setting.

• A strong sense of urgency to achieve set goals and objectives.

• High curiosity and a commitment to learning; actively seeks innovative methods and solutions.

• Strong sense of responsibility.
