Medical Representative, Gastroenterology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with healthcare professionals within a designated territory.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.

• Work in tandem with the Sales Manager to create and implement strategic sales plans for the territory based on approved forecasts.

• Utilize product expertise and sales skills to comprehend and fulfill the needs of healthcare professionals.

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing key accounts.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing constructive solutions and feedback to management.

• Represent the company at medical conferences, health discussions, and exhibitions.

• Monitor and evaluate competitor actions, delivering market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Stay updated on technical and product knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Assist colleagues and contribute to collective team goals.

• Ensure all territory activities comply with ethical standards and company guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline is preferred.

• Over 2 years of professional sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Demonstrated success in general hospital environments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• Positive, customer-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for the medical field and teamwork.

• Proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
