This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clients, ensuring coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.

• Meet with key hospital management personnel, heads of pharmacy, members of the pharmaceutical committee, and leading specialists to gain support.

• Hold weekly product introduction meetings to enhance doctors' understanding of the products.

• Plan responsible areas according to company targets and track progress weekly to achieve sales objectives.

• Strategically plan and manage hospitals within the assigned area, regularly updating client department information and expanding regional business.

• Pre-apply for market activity expenses based on budget and market conditions, seek approval from the regional manager for expenditures, and submit expense reports within three weeks after incurring costs.

• Develop product and key product development plans based on strategies from the marketing department and product managers, with a particular focus on new products.

• Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions and periodic examinations, with exam results used for performance evaluation.

• Effectively apply business skills in the field to enhance visit efficiency.

• Manage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain an average of 4.5 days of regular visit time each week.

• Ensure a minimum of 12 face-to-face effective visits per day.

• Guarantee the correct coverage and visit frequency for A and B level clients.

• Visit key hospital directors, heads of pharmacy, members of the pharmaceutical committee, and important specialists at least once a month within the designated area.

• Conduct product introduction meetings at least once a week.

• Ensure 8 hours of effective visiting work within the area every day.

• Keep the mobile phone on from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure availability for the company and clients.
