Medical Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development and lead the execution of medical pre-launch and launch initiatives for an Immunology asset.

• Uphold the highest scientific and ethical standards.

• Implement global medical strategies and tactical plans for pre-launch and launch phases.

• Oversee the engagement of global key opinion leaders.

• Contribute insights to clinical development activities.

• Provide medical/scientific communication and education to both internal and external audiences.

• Create training programs and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Offer scientific input for external and internal scientific publications.

• Support cross-functional projects.

• Supply scientific insights for materials produced by Marketing, Patient Access, Community Engagement, and other cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders, headquarters teams, local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, particularly in Medical Affairs.

• Global or regional launch experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in engaging with key external stakeholders.

• Capability to devise and implement strategic and tactical medical plans.

• Proficiency in accurately evaluating and analyzing medical/scientific literature.

• Advanced presentation and communication skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong intercultural competencies.

• Extensive knowledge in Immunology.

• Ability to operate in compliance with applicable rules and regulations concerning medical activities.

• Skills in collaborative interpersonal interactions.

• Results-driven mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
