This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +7 more countries.
• Address product information inquiries through call center staffing and medical communications.
• Translate documents from English to the target language and vice versa, providing translated responses via phone or in writing.
• Triage and respond to drug information questions from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Convey drug information verbally or through written correspondence.
• Recognize adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions.
• Conduct intake to create initial adverse event and product complaint reports in accordance with company and client SOPs.
• Meet local regulatory authority requirements for post-marketing adverse event reporting.
• Evaluate what information needs to be gathered and determine the appropriate level of depth in information collection.
• Draft narratives for adverse events and product complaints, along with customized medical inquiry responses.
• Collaborate on quality-related complaint response processes with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants.
• Review medical literature and create written content for healthcare professionals.
• Assist with market and competitive product research, system development, sales training projects, and field liaison activities.
• Engage in medical writing and perform assigned on-call duties.
• Maintain and enhance customer service and process metrics for the Medical Communications Call Centre.
• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong clinical expertise.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• English C1 proficiency is mandatory.
• Native fluency in Italian is essential.
• Strong translation capabilities.
• Fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker.
• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in Call Center, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical settings, including medical writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications.
• Experience with Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or similar systems is preferred.
• Availability to work US hours, with 9-hour shifts between 2pm and 2am CET, Monday to Friday.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the European Union or the UK.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Home office-based work or at a European Hub Office.
