This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide virtual or telephonic assistance to designated clients, customers, patients, and healthcare professionals through effective clinical communication.
• Supply information regarding drug and medical device products.
• Record Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct compliance calls with volunteers participating in clinical/medical research trials.
• Enroll individuals in educational seminars.
• Offer support to patients enrolled in Patient Support Programs.
• Gather demographic information and manage the fulfillment of products, samples, and literature.
• Uphold quality and productivity standards while following program scripts and guidelines.
• Collect and accurately enter program information into designated databases.
• Demonstrate strong communication and tele-management abilities.
• Describe medical terminology with empathy when necessary.
• Execute administrative and non-telecommunication tasks as required.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Update and provide resumes upon request for audits.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Active US healthcare professional license: PharmD.
• Superior verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer keyboard and mouse.
• Capability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions or disconnections.
• Familiarity with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across various functions.
• A minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
