This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Independently address unsolicited medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, consumers, caregivers, and payers.

• Conduct research and critically assess medical literature to formulate evidence-based responses.

• Recognize and properly document adverse events and product complaints.

• Create reports on adverse events and product complaints in line with standard operating procedures.

• Implement FDA regulations regarding post-marketing adverse event reporting and safety terminology.

• Evaluate the depth and level of information necessary for each inquiry.

• Manage requests through various platforms including phone, email, CRM, chat, and more.

• Organize processes for addressing complaints related to product quality.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants.

• Keep updated knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and client needs.

• Ensure precise documentation, high-quality service, and outstanding customer support.

• Represent scientific medical affairs at booths.

• Engage in designated on-call duties.

• Contribute to enhancements that influence Medical Information Contact Center metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution.

• Strong background in clinical and healthcare settings.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in interpreting and conveying medical information with clarity and accuracy.

• At least 2 years of experience in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent field.

• Direct clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in a Contact Center is advantageous.

• Proficiency with technology including telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.

• Expertise in therapeutic areas.

• Ability to critically analyze medical literature.

• Familiarity with Medical Information contact center systems and procedures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent licensure is preferred.

• Availability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility in work scheduling as needed by clients and management.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
