This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver approved responses to medical inquiries from external US clients, including healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Manage calls related to medical information inquiries.
• Precisely identify, document, and report adverse events, side effects, pregnancy and other special situation occurrences, as well as product quality complaints within designated timeframes.
• Monitor and thoroughly document medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database.
• Engage in out-of-hours medical information services for clients requiring 24/7 inquiry handling.
• Provide management with regular updates regarding project status and inquiry metrics.
• Support departmental regulatory inspection readiness for the company’s pharmacovigilance system.
• Actively participate in pharmacovigilance inspections or audits.
• Background in life sciences or biomedical fields.
• Degree related to healthcare in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.
• Proficient in advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.
• Willingness to work US hours/shifts.
• Capability to provide out-of-hours service if necessary.
• Skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent attention to detail.
