This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers in the US, including healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients.
β’ Manage medical information calls effectively.
β’ Identify, document, and report adverse events, side effects, pregnancy-related situations, and product quality complaints within stipulated timeframes.
β’ Track and comprehensively document medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database.
β’ Engage in out-of-hours medical information services for clients with 24/7 inquiry handling contracts.
β’ Provide regular updates on project status and inquiry metrics to management.
β’ Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections related to the company's pharmacovigilance system.
β’ Take part in pharmacovigilance inspections or audits.
β’ Background in life sciences or biomedical fields.
β’ Degree in healthcare-related areas such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.
β’ Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
β’ Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Comfortable handling inquiries via phone.
β’ Willingness to work US hours/shifts.
β’ Capacity to provide out-of-hours service if necessary.
β’ Skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
