Medical Information Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver approved answers to medical inquiries from external customers in the US, including healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients.

• Manage medical information calls.

• Identify, document, and report adverse events, side effects, pregnancy and other special situation events, as well as product quality complaints within stipulated timeframes.

• Monitor and comprehensively document medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database.

• Engage in out-of-hours medical information provision for clients with contracts for 24/7 inquiry handling services.

• Provide management with regular updates regarding project status and inquiry metrics.

• Support departmental readiness for regulatory inspections related to the company's pharmacovigilance system.

• Actively participate in pharmacovigilance inspections or audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in life sciences or biomedical fields.

• Degree in healthcare-related disciplines such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in customer service or call center settings is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable receiving inquiries via phone.

• Willingness to work during US hours/shifts.

• Ability to provide out-of-hours service when necessary.

• Skills in time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking.

• Excellent attention to detail.
