This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Create and implement evidence-based educational strategies for physicians to facilitate the safe and effective adoption of AngioDynamics technologies.
• Organize, coordinate, and carry out physician education programs, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
• Collaborate with teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Communications.
• Assist with scientific congress activities, faculty programs, symposia, workshops, and hands-on training opportunities.
• Incorporate innovative educational technologies, such as AI and other learning platforms.
• Manage faculty involvement, course logistics, agendas, communications, and educational materials.
• Create annual education calendars for designated business areas.
• Support training programs for residents, fellows, and physicians.
• Develop and maintain educational materials, presentations, procedural resources, and training tools for physicians.
• Assist in updating digital education platforms and learning resources.
• Foster relationships with physicians, faculty, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Aid in managing consultant activities, including contracts and program participation.
• Ensure that educational activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Gather feedback on participation and help assess program effectiveness.
• Oversee multiple educational projects while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor program metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to additional educational initiatives and other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, education, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in medical education, clinical education, medical affairs, physician training, healthcare professional education, or similar roles.
• Industry experience in medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Preferred experience in developing and delivering education programs for physicians or healthcare professionals.
• Preferred experience working with physician KOLs.
• Preferred experience in oncology, urology, interventional oncology, or surgical devices.
• Preferred experience supporting hands-on training programs for physicians.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is preferred.
• Experience with continuing medical education (CME) and educational grant-supported activities is preferred.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Creativity and the ability to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and facilitate training content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Competence in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
