Medical Billing Specialist – Chiropractic Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare, clean, and submit accurate claims to primary and secondary insurance payers using ChiroTouch.

• Analyze rejected or denied claims to identify root causes.

• Process EOBs/ERA adjustments and file appeals promptly.

• Address incoming patient billing inquiries and manage outgoing calls through Intermedia VOIP.

• Verify chiropractic coverage, copays, deductibles, and pre-authorization prerequisites.

• Support routine practice administration and maintain patient charts.

• Facilitate communication between front- and back-office teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with chiropractic coding systems, ledger processes, and claims regulations.

• Proficient in navigating and managing billing workflows within ChiroTouch EMR.

• Knowledge of Intermedia phone software for managing call queues and patient interactions.

• Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, ledger reconciliation, and claims follow-ups.

• Full-time contractor role, requiring 40 hours per week.

• Must be available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST.
