This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare billing information for payer invoicing.
• Adhere to contractual obligations for billing and encounter data submissions, which include monthly reports.
• Issue invoices to agencies.
• Process payments.
• Follow up on unpaid claims.
• Conduct advance reconciliations and allocate payments to the general ledger.
• Input data into computer databases for efficient record management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance standards are fulfilled for audit purposes.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of client records.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvement.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience pertinent to the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file and record management, form design, and office protocols and terminology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to plan and organize daily tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with numbers and able to apply basic math skills to daily responsibilities.
