This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reconcile billing information, co-payments, and supporting documentation.
• Review billing data for precision, identify inconsistencies, and facilitate corrections.
• Maintain precise financial and administrative records.
• Update Excel spreadsheets and Prognosis EMR using data from physician offices and other EMR systems.
• Assist in the transition of workflows and data from Excel to Prognosis.
• Familiarize with client systems and pinpoint opportunities to enhance administrative workflows.
• Schedule occupational health appointments and ensure accurate maintenance of patient schedules.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up on confirmations or unresolved scheduling needs.
• Collect and document information post-physician appointments.
• Gather blood work, hearing and vision screening results, and other mandatory occupational health records.
• Obtain and follow up on physician fit-to-work notes, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors, physicians, vendors, and patients regarding appointments, documentation, and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with patients and develop professional rapport while adapting to various communication styles.
• Experience in medical billing, accounting, reconciliation, or healthcare operations.
• Prior experience with an EMR/EHR system.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in managing detailed spreadsheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling billing, financial information, and healthcare data.
• Ability to work independently without ongoing supervision or follow-up.
• Professional and assertive communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness and capability to quickly learn Prognosis EMR and achieve high proficiency with the platform.
• Must possess clear and professional spoken and written English skills.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• Must provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding.
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is essential.
• Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required.
• Noise-canceling headset is necessary.
• Working webcam is required.
• A quiet and professional work environment must be maintained.
• Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Bermuda Time, Sunday to Thursday.
