📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls concerning patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.

• Offer precise information regarding patient accounts, billing histories, and charges.

• Facilitate credit card transactions over the phone.

• Record call details, account inquiries, and actions taken accurately.

• Refer complex billing disputes and issues to the relevant department.

• Provide friendly and professional service while addressing sensitive billing inquiries.

• Assist patients in navigating billing-related questions with professionalism, patience, and care.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service/office role.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency and capability to learn new systems quickly.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and process information efficiently.

• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when managing challenging calls.

• Patient-focused mindset and a dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
