This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Receive referrals for new patients from clients.
• Create patient charts for all newly referred individuals.
• Enter medical information into the new patient charts.
• Assist Care Coordinators with patient needs as necessary.
• Build relationships with team members to promote a positive and supportive CareHarmony culture.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Support the team in managing referrals for high-risk patients and assist with patient needs under the guidance of the department manager.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
• Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active and valid Medical Assistant certificate.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Competence in clear speaking and attentive listening, often over the phone, for prolonged durations.
• Capability to comprehend, process, and take detailed notes in real-time during telephone conversations.
