This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
β’ Manage incoming patient referrals from clients
β’ Generate charts for all newly referred patients
β’ Enter medical details into the new patient chart
β’ Support Care Coordinators with patient requirements as needed
β’ Cultivate relationships within the team to promote a positive and encouraging CareHarmony culture
β’ May assist with conducting health assessments over the phone with patients
β’ Spend considerable time on phone communications as necessary
β’ Execute other relevant tasks
β’ Aid the team in managing referrals for high-risk patients and assist in addressing patient needs under the guidance of the department manager
β’ Strong attention to detail
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities
β’ Outstanding verbal and communication skills
β’ Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues
β’ Superior time management skills with a track record of meeting critical deadlines
β’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Active and in-good-standing Medical Assistant certificate
β’ Capability to sit for prolonged durations
β’ Proficient in speaking clearly and listening attentively, often by phone, for extended periods
β’ Ability to comprehend, process, and take detailed notes in real-time during phone conversations
