This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive media strategies.

• Ensure that clients’ marketing initiatives effectively target the right audience to enhance sales and brand visibility.

• Create media plans along with optimization reports.

• Support audience-centric, cross-channel media suggestions by integrating research, campaign results, competitive landscape, market trends, and client objectives.

• Recommend optimizations across various media channels, placements, products, and creative elements.

• Assess how linear, streaming, digital video, social media, audio, search, retail media, out-of-home advertising, and emerging platforms interconnect.

• Produce analyses of campaigns that showcase the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization strategies.

• Assist in testing and learning initiatives by defining test parameters, tracking outcomes, capturing insights, and suggesting ways to enhance or scale successful strategies.

• Analyze response data and media attribution modeling results to guide future recommendations.

• Convert performance data, attribution findings, and market context into clear client insights.

• Monitor data, media performance, and evolving behaviors to inform and refine media strategies.

• Apply research and data insights to develop media strategies and performance narratives.

• Assess budgets, KPIs, media timelines, and schedules to ensure budget adherence.

• Maintain operational accuracy across budget tracking, planning inputs, media schedules, specifications, timelines, trafficking details, billing support, and communication with activation teams.

• Utilize media research, planning, measurement, and reporting tools, including Nielsen, MRI, proprietary measurement products, as well as emerging automation, AI, and data platforms.

• Collaborate with Media Planning, Client Services, Investment, Analytics, Strategy, Creative, and Project Management teams.

• Participate in both internal and external status meetings.

• Contribute to client-ready materials and articulate narratives that support media strategies, performance updates, and planning decisions.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and emerging tools.

• Stay informed about audience behaviors, competitive activities, publisher and platform innovations, measurement trends, and new planning methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Two to four years of professional experience.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., MRI, Nielsen).

• Comprehensive knowledge of media channels.

• Understanding of how media channels collaborate across traditional, digital, streaming, and emerging platforms to achieve full-funnel client objectives.

• An analytical mindset with a strong foundation in statistics and mathematics.

• Capability to interpret data, identify key performance drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Strong decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A keen interest in the evolving media landscape and a willingness to learn new research, planning, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
