Media Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop the organic content strategy across all platforms.

• Oversee the editorial calendar and utilize data to enhance performance.

• Direct short- and long-form video projects, reels, podcasts, client stories, and event coverage.

• Supervise videographers, editors, and creative vendors from initial concept through to publication.

• Manage content distribution on Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

• Maintain marketing materials and ensure design consistency across both digital and physical touchpoints, including direct mail.

• Identify, negotiate with, and manage partnerships with creators, agencies, and production vendors.

• Oversee and allocate a multi-million-dollar annual media budget to achieve strong ROI.

• Establish a repeatable content production mechanism to enhance organic reach and engagement.

• Create content that aligns with the firm's growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media, content marketing, or digital brand leadership.

• Demonstrated success in scaling substantial organic audiences.

• Excellent production, storytelling, and creative direction abilities.

• Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and influencer partnerships.

• Background in marketing for law firms or professional services.

• Practical experience with platforms such as Meta, YouTube, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

• Capability to establish organic content strategy and manage editorial calendars.

• Proficiency in leading short- and long-form video projects, reels, podcasts, client stories, and event coverage.
