Media Buyer – Performance Marketer, Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of Meta and Google accounts, managing budgets, campaign structures (ABO/CBO), bid strategies, and making informed decisions on when to pause or promote campaigns.

• Profitably scale accounts to enable increased spending while maintaining the same NC-ROAS.

• Independently execute sales events such as Black Week with budgets reaching six figures.

• Analyze performance metrics using Triple Whale, Meta, Google, and Shopify.

• Communicate insights directly with the Creative Strategists.

• Develop weekly KPI reports across all channels.

• Enhance automations through AI-driven workflows.

• Explore and test new marketing channels.

• Take complete ownership of the account from day one, collaborating directly with senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of media buying experience within an e-commerce brand or performance agency, with direct budget accountability.

• Proficient in Meta Ads, with hands-on experience in independently managing and scaling accounts.

• Familiarity with bid strategies, audience targeting, and attribution methodologies.

• Prior management of a monthly budget of no less than five figures.

• Successfully overseen at least one six-figure sales event independently.

• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), or the capacity to learn quickly.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in Triple Whale or a similar platform, including MER and post-purchase surveys.

• Comfortable utilizing AI for analysis and automation purposes.

• Detail-oriented and confident in making bold budget decisions during scaling efforts.

• Availability to review accounts daily, including weekends; flexible distribution of working hours throughout the week.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
